All products purchased from Kohsaarshop can be exchanged within 7 days only if:
- The item(s) is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- The item(s) does not match the original specifications of product showed

Refunds and Replacements
If your product is damaged, the wrong item has been shipped to you, you can choose to refund or replace.
Please contact us by email within 7 days from the date of order: kohsaarshop@gmail.com Please call +92-335-2222035 to find out your name, order number and the reason for applying for a refund or replacement.
The refund method is the same as the payment used to make the original purchase (i.e. bank account or easyPaisa account).
Below, we describe the different situations where refunds and replacements apply.
Damaged Parcels
If you receive a damaged package, please accept our apologies. We pack our products as safely as possible, but sometimes continue to be damaged during delivery. In this case, we may provide you with a full refund or replacement.
We are happy to refund the same payment for the original purchase via possible payment methods, namely bank transfer or Easypaisa account.
If you like to change, please let us know. We will send it to you for free on the next working day..
Dispose of damaged items safely.
Wrong Item(s)
In rare cases, customers may receive incorrect items. We are sorry that this has already happened to them. We will be happy to return or replace your item and pay for mail or return courier fee tags.

If you think you have ordered a wrong article or, for any given reason, you don’t like you purchase, merchandise can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided it meets the following requirements:
- All tags and original packaging must be intact
- Merchandise must be unworn and undamaged
- The original receipt must be attache
No exchange or return on Sale/Clearance items or discounted voucher orders.
We will refund/exchange you in full within 5 working days after receipt.
As a consumer, you have legal rights to defective products or products that do not match the description. These legal rights are not affected by your right to return and refund in this or any other terms and conditions. You can get advice on your legal rights at the Citizens Advice Office or your local trade standards office.
